Our cookies are delivered Australia wide. All cookies are sent via Australia Post Express Shipping. 

All orders will be shipped via Express Post on Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY. This is to ensure that your cookies reach you before the weekend. You will receive your order within 1-3 business days of your selected shipping date. 

All cookies are made to order, and freshly baked on the morning they are shipped out to you. 

Yes, you will receive an email from Australia Post once you order has been shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which will allow you to track your precious cargo. 

A signature is not required, so If you are not home to receive your cookies, Australia Post will leave your package in a safe place. 

Each cookie is individually heat sealed inside the box to keep them as fresh as possible and to protect the cookies from the outdoor elements.

 If you don’t plan on eating your cookies on the day they get delivered, we recommend following the below instructions to ensure your cookies stay as fresh as possible:

I’m eating my cookies now:

Our cookies are best served warm & gooey. Microwave each cookie for 10-15 seconds OR preheat fan-forced oven to 150 degrees celsius and reheat for 2-4 minutes or until warmed through. 

I’m eating my cookies later:

Pack your cookies into an airtight container (or leave them in their heat sealed pockets) on the same day you receive them and store them directly in the freezer to preserve their freshness. They can stay in the freezer for up to 2 months! To reheat from frozen: preheat fan-forced oven to 180 degrees celsius and bake for 11-13 minutes or until warmed through.

Our cookies do not contain any added preservatives. 

Due to their perishable nature, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for our cookies.

Once they leave our facility and are in the hands of Australia Post, we have no control over their handling or any potential delays. While we take every measure to ensure the cookies are in perfect condition when they leave us, we cannot be held responsible for external factors.

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct.

Sometimes the address and the delivery instructions provided by the customer are not sufficient for delivery (gate code not provided, address incomplete, apartment building with no safe place to leave the order, business name missing, incorrect name, no clear place to leave item, etc). 

Unfortunately in these cases, the delivery may be delayed or the item will be returned to us. We are unable to refund or replace orders where Australia Post has been unable to facilitate a delivery due to inadequate delivery instructions. 

To avoid any hiccups, please double-check your address and delivery instructions at checkout. If you realize something is missing after placing your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
