Yes, we do! We offer delivery all around Perth, 4 days a week! Please note, we are unable to offer time specific deliveries. Orders are delivered between 10am-6pm.
We wanted to give all you cookie monsters the choice of customizing your own orders which means we need to prepare over a dozen flavours of cookies each day to make sure that all orders are fulfilled. Not only that but our cookies also need to rest for 24 hours before baking. You can’t rush perfection!
We cover a whopping 70km radius around Perth from our East Victoria Park store. If you are outside of our delivery radius, we have three stores open 7 days a week from 10am until late.
All orders are delivered between 10am-6pm. Please note, we are unable to offer time specific deliveries.
Once you have downloaded our loyalty app from the App Store or Google Play Store, just scan your phone at the counter in store before each transaction and turn your loyalty points into FREE COOKIES. *Loyalty points can only be added and redeemed for in store purchases only. Loyalty points cannot be added or redeemed for online purchases.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations in order to receive a full refund. As we have over a dozen flavours and provide the option of customizing your own boxes, we require this amount of time to prepare all the cookies.
If orders are cancelled within this 48 hour window, your order would have already been prepped and will be non refundable.

STORING
Room temp: Keep stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days
Freezer: Keep in an airtight container for up to 2 months
HEATING
Room temp: Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius and reheat for 2 minutes OR microwave for 10-12 seconds
Frozen: Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius & bake for 11-13 minutes
Unfortunately our cookies are not available for wholesale or resale.
We unfortunately do not have a breakdown of the nutritional information of each cookie as our cookie flavours are constantly changing. It’s probably best you don’t know the calories…#YOLO.
Yes, we do but while we do take every precaution to avoid cross contamination, all of our cookies are prepared and displayed in the same area so our vegan/dairy free cookie may contain traces of dairy. If you have any concerns, please email our team for more information info@getchunky.com.au

We do not take reservations as our shops have limited seating.
You certainly can! They are available in store and can also be purchased online for delivery. Please note, gift vouchers are not digital and can only be redeemed in store.
